This work depicts the surfacing of repressed emotions and the dance of inner light with darkness. The black background symbolizes the melancholy that sometimes overwhelms us, but behind it, a life woven with vibrant colors continues.
The spirally progressing colored textures represent hope, joy and our inner strength, while the erasure of the black layer, making the underlying colors visible, reminds us that these emotions will never disappear even if they are suppressed.
With the weaving technique, each thread is brought together with patience and meaning.
