Studio Potato ships worldwide!

You will receive an email after your order is processed and it will be prepared for shipping in maximum 3 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number in order to track your package.

Deliveries within Turkey are shipped the following business day of order receival. Orders to other countries will be shipped in maximum 5 business days upon the date of placed order. Delivery time may vary depending on the country or customs process.

International orders typically are shipped with FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT.

Worldwide shipping usually will arrive within 7 business days.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Studio Potato is not responsible for delays due to customs. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS

We only accept returns if the product isn’t used, tainted or damaged. Please contact us and ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery. You will need to contact us first in order for us to process your return.
